  • Members retain rights to the content they post but grant Positive Younity a license to use, reproduce, and distribute said content within the community.
  • Content that violates community guidelines will be removed.

  • In addition to the community platform, we offer a store where members can purchase products or services. By making a purchase through our store, you agree to the terms and conditions specified in our Store Policy.

Positive Younity does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information in the community and expressly disclaims liability for errors or omissions in this information.

This includes the ability to terminate accounts even if there is no violation of these Terms. Accounts found to engage in chargebacks without notifying us first may be subject to immediate termination.
